Feel the palpable sound waves & energies enveloping you, cleansing, rejuvenating, & restoring balance—preparing you to finish your week recharged!

Embrace her gentle invitations of self-healing practices to quieten the monkey mind, deepen self-awareness, heal, & connect to your body. Observe the soulful singing harmonizing & fortifying the energies resonating from the singing bowls.

This immersive experience transcends auditory pleasure, engaging all your senses & beyond.

No experience is necessary, & all are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, & water, for optimal comfort.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior so we can start on time.

Parking:

Tidal Elements’ parking spots are reserved for patrons of the Clinic only, 24/7, not the Studio.

There is free street parking available downtown, & there is also a Parkade one block East of Tidal on 31 Ave. Free parking is found 2 blocks North of Tidal, on 34th Street, & also at the Rec Centre.

Child: $15 (no age limit - as long as your child(ren) can stay still in their area & quiet for the duration - please contact Karlee if unsure)
