Please note - *THIS IS NOT A SEATED EVENT*.Ethereal Resonance - Sound Immersion - what is it?
It is a time out.... time for you to focus on self-care, on rest and relaxation as you let the ethereal sounds of the magical quartz crystal singing bowls wash over you.
Please bring with you:
- A yoga mat or equivalent, floor cushions, gravity chair, blankets, pillows, to make a warm and comfortable cocoon, as you will be laying or sitting on a hard wooden floor.
- Any special taonga, crystals, essential oils, drink bottle, journal to aid in your experience.
Kaupapa:
- The evening's focus is about *Intentional Rest and Relaxation* - leave your cares behind as you enter the whare.
- Shoes off - there will be an area set aside in the room for shoes.
- We are in Globe 2 and the doors will be open at 6.10pm.
- Settle in by 6.25pm for a prompt 6.30pm start.
*NO LATE ENTRY PERMITTED ONCE THE EVENT STARTS*
- Short mihi whakatau, housekeeping items. Sound immersion 45mins.
- Interval break: stretch, make a cuppa (herbal teas and dark chocolate provided) in the foyer.
- Resettle - sound immersion 45mins to 1hr.
- Closing karakia (8.30pm).
