Pursued By A Bear Theatre Co. brings to you an opportunity to audition for a staged reading of a new musical!Eternal Night is an adaptation of Bram Stoker's iconic novel Dracula, with the goal to examine the themes of the novel under a modern lens and adapt the book in a purer form.

Auditions will be held at Uptown Stage at University Mall 2200 East Fowler Ave, Tampa, FL 33612
Please let us know your conflicts from June to November so we can work around rehearsal days to what suits you best! We are aware of and will actively be in other shows during the summer so we are dedicated to working with your schedules to create an intermittent rehearsal schedule and teach you all the material needed for tech week and performances.
Pick one song from the list and prepare 30 seconds-1 minute of it for the character you’re auditioning for. If you're auditioning for more than one, pick a song from the character you want most. Backing tracks may be provided but it's best you find your own as you know the cut you want more than us.
Please provide all the information that you can to help us make the best decisions, no experience is necessary and we encourage all who are interested to audition for the roles available. Looking for younger actors over the age of 18!

ROLES AVAILABLE:
Jonathan Harker (to play 20s)- A sturdy lawyer's clerk. Baritone
Lucy Westenra (to play 20s)- An energetic woman of property. Mezzo-Soprano
Abraham/Sarah Van Helsing (to play 60s)- A quirky but no-nonsense doctor. Bass or Alto
RM Renfield (to play 40s +)- Dracula's servant, a mad man obsessed with blood. Tenor/Baritone
Vampire Brides (to play 20s +)- Dracula's 3 vampire brides. Soprano/Mezzo/Alto
Ensemble- To play various different characters and features. Soprano/Alto/Tenor/Bass
