Dr. Heather Behr will introduce you to the foundational elements of hypnosis and guided imagery. This session will help you unlock the power of your mind and prepare you for the deeper meditative experiences ahead, regardless of your experience level.

11:15 AM – Connective Breathwork and Intention Setting Exercise
Engage in a connective breathwork session with a partner, where you'll set personal intentions for the retreat. Share intuitive thoughts and feelings linked to your partner’s intention, fostering a sense of community and mutual support.

12:00 PM – Introduction to Subconscious Journaling

12:30 PM – Energy Healing and Chakra Alignment
