This unique experience combines the power of breathwork with the resonant healing vibrations of Planetary gongs. Together, Wayne Marto and Bryce Gubler, create an opportunity for profound relaxation, emotional release, and a deeper connection to your inner self.
What to Expect: Harmonizing Breathwork with Gongs: Engage in a guided breathwork session led by Bryce Gubler, with the added depth of gongs masterfully played throughout by Wayne Marto to aid in releasing emotional and physical tension.
Gong Meditation and Integration: Post breathwork, experience a healing gong meditation facilitated by Wayne Marto, allowing the sound waves to wash over you and bring about profound relaxation, healing and integration.

Who Should Attend: This workshop is open to everyone, whether you are new to breathwork and sound healing or experienced in these practices. It's perfect for those looking to deepen their meditation practice, release emotional blockages, or simply find a moment of tranquility in their busy lives.
What to Bring: This Breatwork and Gong Meditation is best experienced lying down on your back or in a similar comfortable position. Wear comfortable clothes and bring whatever you need to be relaxed for the meditation - blindfolds, yoga or inflatable mat, blanket, pillow, water, etc. It's suggested to not eat heavy foods for at least a few hours before breathwork.
About your hosts: Wayne Marto is the Founding Director of Beneficial Sound, a 501(c)3 nonprofit committed to bringing wellness to the mind, body and soul through sound and vibration. He is a life-long musician who has played studied the gong extensively for over eight years and has played more than 600 Gong Bath Meditations since 2015, developing an authentic style of playing, infused with passion and intention, that promotes deep relaxation and transformation. Wayne has a degree in Psychology, is a Certified Gong Practitioner and is a member of the American Sound Healers Association. www.beneficialsound.org
Bryce Gubler's passion for healing and transformation is at the core of everything he does. He has been committed to spiritual connection and empowerment ever since his own awakening. Now, compelled to offer and assist as many people as he can through meditation and breathwork, bryce is on a deep and devoted journey to serve community where truth, integrity, forgiveness and equality are the foundation. As a Spiritual Facilitator and Breathworker he will be able to hold potent space for you. Most importantly he is an empathetic and non-judgmental witness to your journey!

Breathwork is intended as a personal growth experience and should not be looked upon as a substitute for psychotherapy. It is not appropriate for pregnant women, for persons with cardiovascular problems, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, history of seizures, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, acute infectious illness or epilepsy. If you have any doubt about whether you should participate, please consult with your physician(s). Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their physician(s).
Release:
I have chosen to participate in this breathwork / gong bath experience. My choice has been voluntary and I may terminate my session at any time. I understand that there is no assurance that I will feel better and that emotions may be evoked that will be upsetting in nature. I understand the potential risks of participation and hereby agree to release and hold harmless Bryce Gubler and Wayne Marto from any and all legal responsibility or liability for outcomes experienced as a result of the Somatic Breathwork / Gong Bath. I or my representative(s) agree to fully release and hold any practitioners harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, or damages - arising out of or in connection with my session(s).
