A prepared childbirth class for couples. Taught by the midwives of estrella midwifery. Have birth be your greatest accomplishment, not your greatest fear. Helping healthy women stay healthy and knowing their place of power in their own birth story. This class will focus on physiologic childbirth for LOW RISK mothers!
