Come and build your horse’s confidence around obstacles in a supportive, relaxed environment. Whether you’re riding or working in-hand, this is a great opportunity to develop skills, partnership and trust.
What’s on offer:
• Private 40-minute lessons (ridden or in-hand)
• Obstacle play (included with all lessons) 9.30 am - 2pm
• Practice over MRC Working Equitation obstacles
• PLUS! Hobby Horse Course – a fun way to learn and prepare for your next competition
Esther will guide you through practical, confidence-building exercises to help both horse and rider feel more comfortable and capable around obstacles.
Pricing:
• Members: $60 per 40 minute lesson
• Non-members: $60 per 40 minute lesson + $35 non-member fee
Obstacle Play Only:
• Members: FREE
• Non-members: $40

About Esther:
Esther brings extensive experience working with a wide range of horses, from young horses in foundation training through to those needing a more considered, confidence-building approach. Her training philosophy is grounded in understanding how horses think, learn and respond, with a strong emphasis on removing fear and building willingness.
Having worked alongside respected horsemen throughout her journey, Esther combines practical experience with a thoughtful, horse-first approach. She is particularly passionate about helping riders improve their horsemanship, developing clear communication, confidence and partnership. Her sessions are supportive, insightful and tailored to each horse and rider combination, helping you progress in a way that feels achievable and rewarding.
Kids Club! (12:00pm – 1:45pm)
A super fun and interactive session just for younger riders! 🎉
• Session 1 (12:00pm – 12:45pm): 45 minutes on your hobby horse – learn how to ride the course, understand the theory, and enjoy heaps of fun, confidence-building games. Build skills you can transfer straight to your real horse
• Session 2 (1:00pm – 1:45pm): Jump on your horse and put it all into practice!
Please note: Riding in Session 2 requires you to bring your own horse, as we do not have riding school horses available for this session.
Don’t have a horse? No problem! Join us for Session 1 only and get your practice in for our Hobby Horse Competition coming up in June! 🐴✨

Hobby Horse Course Play Only: $5
A fantastic way to learn, build confidence and have a great time with friends—don’t miss it! For safety and coaching purposes kids club will not exceed 10 participants per session.
KIDS CLUB PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN PRESENT AT THE GROUNDS FOR THE DURATION OF THE SESSION
Are you an Adult new to Working Equitation?
We are also offering a 30-minute unmounted session at 9.30am to talk through how to ride the course. This will be held on our hobby horse course, which is a great way to think about and 'ride' the obstacles and ask questions without the pressure of having a horse with you.
Adults unmounted session: Included in any lesson or obstacle day price
