Toma de presión arterial, cálculo de riesgo de diabetes y enfermedades del corazón, pruebas de diabetes y colesterol en sangre , adicionalmente se ofrece asesoría de cómo reducir su riesgo, cómo obtener atención médica de bajo costo y otros servicios que su disponibilidad varía.

Get your blood pressure taken, have your risk of heart disease and diabetes calculated, diabetes and cholesterol testing, receive advice on how to reduce your risk, how to obtain low-cost medical care and other services that availability varies.
