Essential Yoga for Beginners
A welcoming 6-week series for anyone new to yoga—or anyone wanting to return to the foundations with more intention.
This course is designed to help you build confidence in your practice while deepening your understanding of yoga as a healing and supportive practice for everyday life. Together we’ll explore movement, breath, alignment, and mindfulness in a relaxed, encouraging environment with plenty of space to ask questions.
You’ll learn the fundamentals of yoga postures, breathing techniques, basic anatomy and alignment, and practical tools to create a home practice that feels sustainable and personal to you.

Standing & seated postures
Balance & foundational inversions
Breathwork & nervous system regulation
Meditation & mindfulness
Alignment, anatomy & modifications
Building a home practice you can return to with confidence
This is a private 6-week course with a small group setting to allow for individual guidance and support. Pre-registration required; no drop-ins.
