Essence: Leading from Within

Essence: Leading from Within is an immersive experience calling you deeper into your innate leadership.

Often as women in leadership, we have focused on pouring ourselves out for and in advocacy of the people that surround us; families, friends and the communities we serve. Essence is meant to create intentional time and space for you to focus on your own innate leadership.

The day is designed to focus inward and to call you deeper into the heartbeat of who you are; the woman you are when you shed all the "shoulds" you are carrying.

Beyond focusing inward, Essence is also a call to other hope-inciters, kindness-instigators, and heart-centered women to intentionally connect and befriend one another.

• Connect deeply in friendship with your soul and the work you're here to do
• Be in community with other female leaders who truly understand what it's like to carry a deep, intrinsic longing for the world to know great healing and love, building longer tables and encouraging bridges instead of barriers.
  

Join us as we gather together to attune our focus inward and to link arms with other change-makers who are also yearning for restorative solutions, permission to lead from the truest essence of who they are, and carrying out the profound visions of healing and love that we must see to fruition.

Small Note: Your ticket purchase covers parking, your entry into the botanical gardens, use of the grounds, all immersive sessions (10:30-4pm) and your box lunch. If you'd like to join us for the Happy Hour Hang (4-6pm) following the event, all purchases at 3rd Turn would be at your discretion. We're so looking forward to seeing you!

Info: We'll kick our time off together with an immersive experience designed to bring you in closer proximity to your heart and soul. We start with your internal world so that we can truly attune to our innate essence. This time will nourish, nurture you and ground you so that you can infuse more of what truly makes you, YOU, into the work you are doing in the world.

Info: You'll have spacious time for a nourishing lunch. You can connect deeper with other attendees through prompts, take time to wander the botanical grounds to be with yourself, or a combination of both!

Info: This session is designed to draw upon the embodied place our day began. We will focus on the strategic and tangible steps of implementation for all that came forward for you in our first session.

Info: We chose a garden for our time together because we wanted to encourage you to have time and space in a nurturing venue where you could simply BE. During this session you'll have time to spend however you'd like; whether that's taking time to walk the lush grounds in reflection and internal dialogue with yourself or whether you'd prefer to join a small group where you can connect even more deeply with other heart-centered leaders who also desire intentional time to make friends.

Info: Katie and I were craving more intentional time to hang and connect after the conclusion of Essence, so we want to invite all our attendees to stay and hang awhile with us at 3rd Turn Brewery Oldham Gardens. 3rd Turn is right next door to the botanical gardens. All food and drinks for this optional portion of the day are not included in your event ticket price, those would be your choice to purchase at 3rd Turn. Hope you’ll join us!
