A gala, a dinner, an awards ceremony, a charity fundraising, a huge after-party, 600 people in Nymble, the biggest event ever organized by ESN Stockholm: We are proud to present the ESN Stockholm Awards & Charity Gala!🏆 The Awards & Charity ceremony 9PM - 11PM:
To celebrate our most active volunteers but also YOU who are part of our community, we are organizing an award ceremony.
YOU will be the ones to vote for :
Volunteers awards:
- Volunteer of the semester
- Best Cultural Event
- Best Social Event
Members awards:
- Party Animal
- Best Home Party Host
- Best Dancer
- WhatsApp Angel
And our two most prestigious awards:
- Miss Erasmus Stockholm Spring 2024
- Mister Erasmus Stockholm Spring 2024
For now, you will only be able to nominate your friends and others for the members awards. Nominations close the 16th of May at 18:00, first 3 of each award will be announced the day after for the final voting where you will decide who deserves each award the most!
💰The charity fundraising
We as ESN Stockholm, act to bring a more enjoyable erasmus student life through cultural, educational and social events. We also believe that we are privileged in our situation as educated students in a developed country at peace. Therefore, we want to give back to society and contribute in enhancing the life conditions and opportunities of those who don’t have our privileges.
As such we are organizing a charity fundraiser for several youth related NGOs

💃The After Party 11PM - 3AM:
This event will be the final event of ESN Stockholm for the Spring 2024 semester, that is why we want it to be as memorable as possible.
So bring out your dresses and suits for an amazing party with over 500 of your international peers and get ready to dance to the music of your favorite ESN DJs!

250kr ESNcard - 300kr general admission includes:
- One drinking ticket for sparkling wine or normal wine
- Access to the awards and charity ceremony from 9PM
- Snacks buffet
After party only: 150kr ESNcard - 200kr General admission.
