Producers
Kazu & Miyo
Kazu Kusano and Miyo are Japanese performers based in Los Angeles, blending sharp wit, cultural quirks, and unexpected life choices into comdy. Both born and raised in Japan, they took wildly different paths—Kazu through immigranting US only to do comedy, Miyo through storytelling and computer programming (with a degree in Swahili, no less).
Their comedic chemistry sparked when Kazu played Miyo’s eccentric landlord in a storytelling show. Opposites in personality but twins in mischief, they’ve since teamed up for podcasts, live shows, and cross-cultural comedy that bridges Japan, America, and all the awkwardness in between.
