Learn the skills necessary to escape a kidnapping, home invasion or physical attack!This four week co-ed course meets one and a half hours per week on Mondays from 6-7:30pm.
The program was created by a personal protection specialist with over 40 years of self-defense education and a certified executive protection agent.
The program covers the following topics:
Striking Powerfully Using Hands, Feet, Knees, Elbows and Head Butts
Escaping Grabs
Weapon Defenses (Knife & Firearm)
Escaping From Disadvantaged Positions
How to Escape If You Are Bound By Duct Tape/Zip-Ties/Rope
