Here we go again ... 22 Years Erlangen Irish Set Dance Weekend!
Beautiful, spacious Redoutensaal is booked in the heart of Erlangen.
Pat Murphy is our tutor for 3 workshops and 3 ceilis.

Friday: Welcome Ceili 8pm-11pm
Saturday: Workshops 10am-12:30pm, 2pm-4:30pm
Saturday: Carnival Ceili 8:30pm-12:00am
This year's motto "Be my Valentine" ... and the Irish colours are also welcome.
Sunday: Workshop 10am-12:00pm
Sunday: Farewell Ceili 12:30pm-3:30pm
For Friday & Saturday night legendary sessions, pub Kulisse is happy to welcome us again!
Sunday: Chill Out in one of Erlangen's coolest cozy Bar/Restaurant Zum Pleitegeier, only 4 walking minutes from Redoutensaal. There is space enough for everyone to sit and chat, space enough for dancing, good food, drinks and more. Musicians please bring your instruments! Doors will open around 5pm .... not to be missed!

If you like to have lunch on Saturday, you can make a reservation in a restaurant or café of your choice in advance. Within 5 to 10 walking minutes you will find a wide selection of diverse options.
Budget A.B. Hotel close to venue offers a number of rooms with attractive rates.

Another nice hotel very close to the venue is Altmanns Stube. Please book directly with the hotel and refer to the 2026 Erlangen Irish Set Dance Weekend. Many more hotels and a large number of restaurants close to the venue are in walking distance.
Parking: Theaterplatz close to Redoutensaal offers only a limited number of parking spots (you can use the Mobilet app). More and long-term parking is available at reasonable prices at "Grossparkplatz" close to main train station, about 10 walking minutes from venue. Prices and payment options: please use links.
Bus service: Linie 30 runs from Nuernberg Airport (NUE) to Erlangen "Arcaden" (town centre) every 20 minutes during the day and takes about 40 minutes, price around 4 Euro
Enjoy a happy weekend in Erlangen's Redoutensaal - a historic ballroom from 1748, equipped with perfect bouncy wooden floor big enough to host all dancers, offering chairs around the hall for everyone. Also equipped with a perfect sound system, stage and air condition. Probably the nicest ballroom for set dancers anywhere.
It will be a Sparkling Party as always, so looking forward to see you there!
