Eric Leadbetter was born in Bozeman, MT, where he draws a lot of inspiration from the tall mountains to the cold smoke.
Currently, he lives in Central Oregon and plays gigs constantly in the Pacific Northwest. Whether solo, duo, or full band he is always gigging, as well as teaching guitar and songwriting. Eric has continued to evolve and find creative ways to bring music into the Pacific Northwest communities, and the online community. In 2021 Leadbetter Band opened for the legendary ZZ Top at the Britt amphitheater - an experience for the books! Other artists he has shared the stage by opening for include; John Mayall, Leftover Salmon, Rob Wynia of Floater, Duane Betts Band , Blues Traveller, Govt Mule and many more!
