This is a collaborative class where we explore movement in unique ways to get you thinking outside the box and give you more body-saving tools and techniques. In this hands-on class, therapists will learn about movement within the kinetic chain, leverage, stability and have a chance to analyze their own body mechanics. We will practice assessing posture by applying the skills learned in the class to make micro-adjustments which will increase power production while decreasing energy output; reducing strain in the body to prevent over-use injury.
