Teams of 3 will complete:

5k Run

5k Ski

5k Row

300 Burpees

Rules:

Pretty Simple. Only 1 person is working at a time. You can switch anytime. You can change the damper anytime. You must complete the machines in the order listed, no partitioning is allowed. There is no time cap.

Burpees: 6 boxes moving down the floor. 50 burpees in each box. Chest to the floor, jump to plate

Mixed Gender Teams are allowed. Total volume will be adjust based on number of female members on your team. Example: MMM: 5000m, MMF: 4750m, MFF: 4500m, FFF: 4250m

Heat Start times are estimates, rolling start. Approximately 20-25 minutes between heats. But as soon as an air runner opens up the next heat can start. Please register for a heat time, but be prepared to start up to 10 minutes before your heat time.
