Erdei GasztroExpressz élménytúra májusban is! (ENG below 👇 )
A program különlegességét nemzetközi szinten is elismerték: Miskolc az „Ehető Erdő – Erdei GasztroExpressz” projekttel világelső helyezést nyert a rangos Green Destinations turisztikai versenyen, amely a fenntartható turizmus legjobb kezdeményezéseit díjazza.
Az élménytúra az erdei kisvasút végállomásától, azaz az éttermünktől indul, majd a Bükk szívében folytatódik: vadnövény-ismereti séta, történetek a tájról, az ehető erdő kincseiről és azokról az alapanyagokról, amelyek számunkra a konyhában is inspirációt jelentenek. A túrát Bózsó Gyula erdész és erdőmérnök vezeti erdei stand-up formátumban. A résztvevők nemcsak tanulhatnak, hanem kóstolhatnak is – igazi erdei kuriózumokat fedezhetnek fel a séta során.
A túra után a „Bükk ízei – négyfogásos Gasztroexpressz ízelítő” menüvel várunk benneteket. Az erdei alapanyagok bisztró-szintű értelmezése a Végállomás konyháján született meg - a tányéron mesélünk arról, amit nekünk az erdő, a helyi alapanyagok és ez a vidék jelent. Illatokon és ízeken keresztül.

Erdei csalánhumusz fürjtojás, kígyóhagyma, vadkovászos kenyér
• Előétel:
Bükkfán füstölt pisztráng " saláta", vadalma, friss erdei zöld hajtások
• Főétel:
Bükkmakkos morzsában sült vaddisznópofa, podagrafű aioli, sült gombák, borsikafüves szalmaburgonya
• Desszert:
Szedres " medvetalp", lucpúder, madársóska fagyi
*A menüsor kérhető borpárosítással, de alkoholmentes opciókkal is készülünk, többek között az „Egy csepp erdő” bevonásával, amelyek az esemény során helyben rendelhetők.

The uniqueness of the programme has been recognised internationally: with the “Edible Forest – Forest GastroExpress” project, Miskolc won first place in the prestigious Green Destinations tourism competition, which honours the best initiatives in sustainable tourism.
The experience tour starts from the terminus of the forest railway - right from our restaurant - and continues into the heart of the Bükk Mountains: a wild herb foraging walk, stories about the landscape, the treasures of the edible forest, and the ingredients that inspire us in the kitchen. The tour is led by forester and forest engineer Gyula Bózsó in an engaging forest stand-up format. Along the way, participants not only learn but also taste - discovering true woodland curiosities during the walk.
After the tour, we welcome you with “Flavours of the Bükk - a four-course GastroExpress tasting menu.” The bistro-level interpretation of forest ingredients was born in the kitchen of Végállomás - and on the plate we tell the story of what the forest, the local ingredients and this region mean to us. Through aromas and flavours.
Spring Menu
• Chef’s Greeting:
Forest nettle hummus, quail egg, ramsons, wild sourdough bread
• Starter:
Beechwood-smoked trout “salad”, wild apple, fresh forest green shoots
• Main Course:
Wild boar cheek crusted with beech mast crumbs, goutweed aioli, roasted mushrooms, savory straw potatoes
• Dessert:
Blackberry “bear paw”, spruce powder, wood sorrel ice cream
The menu is available with wine pairing, and we also offer non-alcoholic options, including creations from the “Egy csepp erdő” (A Drop of Forest) collection, available to order on site during the event.
