From Silence to Solidarity: Confronting Microaggressions with Intention

This session explores the subtle yet significant world of microaggressions and their impact on marginalized groups. Participants will develop a deeper understanding of various types of microaggressions, including racial, gender, LGBTQ+, religious, and intersectional examples. Through interactive discussions and real-world scenarios, attendees will learn to identify microaggressions in everyday situations and educational settings.
