Who We Are & What We Bring: A Journey into Bias and Belonging
In this foundational session of sensitivity training, participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery and bias awareness. Through interactive activities and thoughtful discussions, attendees will explore their multicultural identities, confront personal and societal biases, and learn strategies for promoting inclusivity in their daily lives.
