EQUIPPED: A Verse Mapping Workshop

Target Audience: Women & Teen Girls

Duration: 2 HoursWorkshop Goal: To teach how to practically apply God’s Word through verse mapping to be spiritually equipped for life’s emotional, relational, and mental challenges.

Workshop Summary:

Coach K will kick off the EQUIPPED Workshop with a powerful devotional teaching rooted in Hebrews 13:21, reminding participants that God equips us with everything good through His Word to do His will. She will unpack how Scripture is our spiritual toolkit and introduce the practice of verse mapping as a powerful way to apply God's truth to life’s challenges personally.

After walking everyone through a group verse mapping activity, Coach K will guide participants into an engaging hands-on experience. Attendees will rotate through themed reflection stations—each focused on a specific life struggle. Over three 10-minute rounds, participants will explore verses, journal, reflect, and pray using tools provided at each station, including verse cards, blank mapping sheets, and journaling prompts.

The five focus stations are:

• Fear & Anxiety (Isaiah 41:10, Psalm 56:3)
• Shame & Guilt (Romans 8:1, 1 John 1:9)
• Direction & Guidance (Proverbs 3:5-6, Psalm 119:105)
• Self-Worth & Identity (Psalm 139:14, 1 Peter 2:9)
• Temptation & Peer Pressure (1 Corinthians 10:13, James 1:12)

This workshop will leave each woman and teen girl spiritually strengthened, equipped with practical tools, and confident in using God’s Word as their guide.
