Two different cacao medicines from the lineage, each offering its own way of connecting with the cacao, the season and the work of the ceremony.
Cacao Balance Ball
Created for the Equinox with annatto, one of the main seeds of the Maya, connected with balance between light and dark.
Autumn Cacao Mushroom
A cacao solid infused with chaga and cinnamon, supporting inner awareness and connection.
*Embodied Equinox*
Through movement, the breath of cacao and a sacred shake-off, we soften our barriers, allowing energy to move, transform and renew — coming into relationship with our whole selves, where light and dark can exist side by side.
*Fire Spirit Meditation*
A meditation to prepare us to meet the fire as a sacred intelligence and living presence, opening ourselves to whatever the fire may reveal — inviting us back into relationship with our own power, strength and courage.
