Give yourself the physical and mental relaxation of an immersive sound bath experience. Drawing upon the ancient art of yoga nidra, an incantatory spoken meditation will invite you into a deep meditative state in which you are bathed by the healing aural frequencies of singing bowls, Koshi chimes and ocarina. The practice of yoga Nãda, or deep listening, will soothe your Pitta dosha, associated with summer heat as our region transitions to the windier Vata dosha of Fall, and deepened your appreciation of yogic traditions with chanted Sanskrit verses.
Class is held at a comfortable 76°F. We recommend wearing cozy layers, as the body naturally cools during rest.
