What is yoga?
Our popular yoga philosophy workshop is back! Join us for a short, concise explanation of the history and practices of holistic yoga. This workshop explores the concepts and deeper meaning of yoga, and how this can help us not just physically but with the mental, emotional and spiritual sides of our human experience. Following this, you are invited to join a short physical and meditation practice which integrates these teachings. This is open to everyone from beginners to advanced yogis. We will complete the afternoon with refreshments and a social gathering.
