Meet Your Facilitator
Your experience will be guided by the founder of Harmony Hope Stables, a PATH International-certified Equine Specialist in Mental Health and Learning (ESMHL) with years of experience facilitating meaningful connections between people and horses.
Through guided meditation, heart-focused breathing, and the gentle presence of horses, you'll be encouraged to experience a deeper sense of relaxation, awareness, and connection.

What to Wear: Comfortable outdoor clothing and closed-toe shoes. Chairs will be provided.
No prior meditation or horse experience is necessary. All horse interactions will be facilitated with safety and comfort in mind.
