Come and join this super ridden session utilising the fantastic oval track at NRC. Group 1 focusing on pacing and rhythm, a crucial skill for all levels of endurance competition with the opportunity to use heart rate monitors both on and off the horse
Group 2 focusing on training zones and finding your horses working HR v's pace, to help to plan an effective training plan moving into 2025.
Group 3 Rider led session under the keen eye of L3 Endurance Coach and Young Rider Chef D' Equipe Beccy Broughton offering coaching throughout.
