Delighted to have Epiphany as part of the Laois County Council Christmas Programme, written and performed by actor Lesley Conroy, with music from concert harpist Anne-Marie Papin Labazordière, directed by Fiana Toibin, and produced by Mags Keohane. Gretta Conroy has all a woman could ask for - a house on the Kingston line, a gentleman's family and the love of her reliable husband Gabriel. When a song from the past jolts her to the present, Gretta is compelled to examine everything she holds dear. Themes of desire and family are explored among the ghost weight of the past. Audiences will delight in this solo show featuring the much-loved characters from this eternal classic.

Lesley Conroy is an award-winning writer & IFTA nominated actress. Lesley was the 2020 Scripts Ireland winner for her monologue ‘Cleaner’ which was adapted for film, winning Best International Short in Nottingham International Film festival and is currently showing on Aer Lingus’s inflight entertainment. No stranger to screen she has starred as Aoife in Fair City, opposite Pat Short in Mattie, and her screen work is currently streamed on Netflix – Maxine, The Miracle Club, Madame Blanc Mysteries and Apple TV – Bad Sisters.
Anne-Marie Papen Labazordière studied the harp both in Paris (Conservatoire du XIVème arrondissement) and London (Royal College of Music). At the same time as studying Russian and English in the University of Nantes, she frequently performed in Paris with the Coeur et Orchestra des Grandes École’s, which eventually convinced her that a career in music was the path she wanted to choose. Since moving to Ireland in 2007, Anne-Marie has been a freelance musician with the National Symphony Orchestra, RTÉ Concert Orchestra, Ulster Orchestra, Wexford Opera Festival, and nowadays frequently plays with the Cork Opera House Concert Orchestra. Anne-Marie teaches harp at MTU Cork School of Music.
Fiana Toibin is an actor, writer, and director. Fiana has worked on Broadway, The Olympia and The Abbey and in TV and film as an actor. She directed The Housekeeper by Morna Regan for Origin First Irish Theatre Festival NYC, and the award winning short film Dinner with Lenny. She’s in post production on her second short film Ashes which she wrote and directed. She has a BA in Theatre from Trinity College and a BA in Film and Television Production from Colaiste Dulaigh. She is a member of Irish Actors Equity, the Directors Guild of Ireland and ReActors Co-operative Agency.
Mags Keohane is an creative producer working across theatre, dance and interdisciplinary performance. Mags is currently working with artists Róisín Stack (No Woman is an Island 2023 & Also for Roaring 2022) , Jane Deasy (Opening Night 2022), Siobhán Ní Dhuinnín (Country OK 2024) and Timmy Creed (Spliced 2018). Mags previously worked as Company Producer with Dead Centre Theatre Company producing 'To Be a Machine (Version 2.0)' (2023), 'Good Sex' (2022) and a number of company tours. For young audiences Mags produced 'Making Waves' directed by Jess Rowell (2023) and 'The Dead Letter Office' by Mary Lou McCarthy (2022). To get in touch visit magskeohane.com
