🎧 Ecstatic Dance — A 1.5-hour journey from deep and grounding, into full expression, and back again.
🪘 Live Drumming — Bringing the dancefloor to life with powerful tribal rhythms.
🌕 Sound Healing — A space to land, integrate, and gently regulate your nervous system.
🍹 Mocktail, Cacao & Elixir Bar — Handcrafted alcohol-free signature drinks with mood-lifting elixirs. Kombucha & ceremonial cacao available.
🧘 Guided Warmup — A somatic opening with breath, meditation, and movement to help you drop into flow.
🥗 Nourishing Dinner (optional) — A warm, wholesome, home-made meal served after the dance—the perfect closing ritual to nourish, integrate, and connect.
