This EXPLORER training is part 1 in the Epics training series and takes you to the heart of the power of visuality. It is grounded in the latest neuroscience and cognitive psychology, which show that visual and physical stimuli enhance deeper understanding, focus, creativity, and memory, making thinking visible and tangible, especially in group settings.

Epics tools are metaphorical and symbolic 3D objects designed by top Italian and Finnish designers. They bring the principles of visual thinking into practical use, offering a new way to express thoughts, structure shared understanding, and craft impactful insights. With Epics, it becomes natural to guide discussions toward meaningful outcomes.

The training also introduces the EpicMeets app, which supports using Epics in various ways, enabling quick voting, session preparation, and guiding group progress.

After the training, we recommend our Epics PRO training, where you’ll learn how to use the app step by step as an Epics user and facilitator in different business domains.

Training Cancellation Policy

Participant cancellations

Cancellation 30 days or more before the training → full refund.

Cancellation 14 days before the training → 50% refund of the participation fee.

Cancellation later than 14 days before the training → full participation fee will be charged.

Cancellations must always be made in writing.

If the participant cannot attend, the ticket can be transferred to a colleague free of charge by notifying us no later than 1 day before the training.

Organizer cancellations

EpicMeets may cancel a training up to 14 days before the scheduled date if the number of participants is insufficient or in case of force majeure.

In such cases, we will primarily offer a new training date. If that is not suitable, we will provide a full refund of the participation fee.
