The West Valley Performing Arts Center is having what can only be described as the most EPIC yard sale since Liberace cleaned out his closet. We’re talking about a theatrical treasure trove so magnificent, so spectacular, so absolutely bonkers that even Marie Kondo would weep tears of confused joy.
WHAT MAGICAL NONSENSE AWAITS YOU?
COSTUMES & WIGS: Ever wanted to look like a Victorian ghost with questionable fashion choices? We’ve got you covered! From medieval peasant chic to “1980s prom queen who time-traveled badly,” our costume department is ready to transform you into the main character you were always meant to be.
PROPS & SET PIECES: Need a prop for your Tuesday night existential crisis? A cardboard castle for your cat? A mysterious door that leads to... well, wherever you want it to lead? Our props department has been hoarding theatrical magic for YEARS and it’s time to set it free.
AUDIO EQUIPMENT: We can’t promise that you’ll find microphones that have amplified a thousand dramatic monologues, speakers that have echoed with the tears of tragic heroes, and cables that have witnessed more drama than a reality TV show.
LINENS & PRODUCTION GEAR: Because even theater people need practical stuff sometimes (shocking, we know).
HIGH-TICKET ITEMS & ART PIECES: For when you want to feel fancy AND support the arts. It’s like being philanthropic but with immediate gratification.
BAKE SALE GOODIES: Because nothing says “I support local theater” like stress-eating cupcakes while clutching a vintage feather boa.
