This is the one. This is the ride where I take you through all the best canyons northern Utah has to offer in one epic, relentless, tire-shredding, heart-pounding, two-wheeled adventure.
Not for the feint of heart.*
Route for Epic Canyons. 260 miles total, 5 canyons back to back. 1 stop for gas at Morgan. This is a long day so we will be KSU by 9:30 sharp.
Beginning at Maverik in Draper on Minuteman, we'll head over Traverse Mountain onto Timp highway and head up the canyon towards Alpine Loop, jumping off at Cascade Springs. Through Midway and uphill on Pine Canyon and over Empire Pass into Park City. A quick jaunt down Parley's and onto East Canyon, where we'll empty out at the reservoir and head north into Morgan. Here we can stop for gas and a breather (phew).
Another quick highway jaunt on I-84 towards Huntsville where we'll tackle Trapper's Loop followed by Monte Cristo. A welcome bit of flat riding follows as we turn towards Bear Lake and down into Logan Canyon. We'll wrap up the day at the Maverik in Hyrum on Main Street which is the main road into and out of Cache county, so an easy departure back south through Sardine Canyon and onto I-15.

***Important note***
When I say "not for the feint of heart" I don't mean we're going to ride like maniacs and take unnecessary risks. I mean this is a lot of demanding riding over the course of a very long day. While riding may get a bit more spirited than, say, the basic canyon event, this will at no point get spirited to the point of excess danger or -- dare I say -- stupidity.
That said, it's a long day and a demanding route. Bring your A-game.
