The Eastern Panhandle Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated is having our annual Jazz Brunch and Silent Auction on Saturday, April 25th at 11:00am at the Holiday Inn in Martinsburg. We will also be celebrating our scholarship recipients.Tickets are $40 and you can purchase from an EPAC member until April 18th.
