About this Event
Envisioning Intentionally: Rhodes to Infinite Wellness and Healing!
This guided experience invites participants to explore where they are, where they want to go, and how they want to move toward wellness and healing in 2026. Through mindfulness practices, grounding techniques, journaling, poetry, and vision board creation, participants will be supported in identifying areas of their lives they want to change, clarify personal goals, and give language to their truths.
Using the five senses as anchors, the workshop creates space for reflection, creativity, and intentional meaning-making. Participants are encouraged to engage in prayer, meditation, or quiet reflection in ways that align with their personal beliefs and values.
This workshop is co-facilitated by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a poet, author, and advocate for positive change whose published poetry collections, booklets, and creative resources inspire individuals to embrace healing and empowerment. Together, they blend therapeutic insight with expressive writing, poetry reflection, journaling, and creative exploration in a supportive, welcoming environment.
Don't miss out on this chance to envision your best self and embrace infinite possibilities!
