You will need:
- a mug ✅
- a bowl ✅
- a spoon ✅
- a drum or any instrument (if you have one, otherwise it’s not necessary)
What to expect:
A lovely gathering round the fire (where the drums etc will come in), a "fireworks" sort of scenario, optional light-hearted games, thought provoking insights, laughter, of course a body connection of some description, hanging out together at this special land and some delicious soup.
An alcohol free situation. High on life vibes ✨
