Join Cemvo Scotland's job fair to learn about the variety of opportunities in the green and environmental sector
About this Event

This job fair will showcase the variety of career opportunities in the green and environmental sector with 14 organisations.

There will be opportunities throughout the job fair to learn about skills building and pathways into the green and environmental sector. Through discussions, conversations with employers, and informal networking, attendees can explore different routes into the sector, gain insight into emerging roles, and connect with people who can support their next steps.

Workshops

Furthermore, you can chose from 5 different workshops. Please, keep an eye on their timing, as some of them will run at the same time. Only book the ones that you will attend, as spaces are limited. See the schedule below.

Opening Ceremony

10:00 – 10:30

At CEMVO Scotland we recognise that race, ethnicity and socio-economic status intersect to create unique vulnerabilities and inequalities in the current situation of environmental crisis. This, of course, includes access to the job market, or even opportunities to be part of organisations addressing this crisis or helping us prepare for its future development. Our Environmental Job fair is part of our effort to help ethnic minority communities play an important role in the environmental sector, making a contribution to a fair, diverse and equal response to environmental challenges.
