This month we have a special guest, Zach Andreasen with LaBella Environmental Consulting!

If you've ever heard of a Phase 1 environmental study when buying commercial real estate, this is what they're referring to. It's an important step to protect your investment, but also incredibly important for your sale down the line. You probably don't need to know all that Zach knows, but you will need to know Zach or someone like him for your next project.

Zach's role with LaBella is Environmental Manager within the Nashville office, where he specializes in assisting companies to identify and resolve environmental contamination concerns relative to site conditions, and often coordinate with regulatory authorities regarding appropriate remedial strategies.

He works on a variety of projects that have included gasoline stations, dry-cleaners, repair shops, industrial manufacturing facilities, multifamily and large tract residential developments, roadway corridors, bridge replacements, office towers, retail and municipal developments, for private landowners, large/small corporations, local/state governments, attorneys, and lenders.

His extensive experience with soil, groundwater, and soil vapor investigation and delineation, and soil management/remediation during various construction phases can help keep your project moving forward.

Most of his expertise is focused on the states of TN and GA, but he's performed environmental assessments in over 25 states.

We will provide some light snacks / drinks while networking before we jump into his presentation and then answer any questions you have.
