Entrepreneurial Training Program

Whether you have a new business idea or have been in business for several years, this class offers you the opportunity to learn about foundational practices that will strengthen your knowledge, expose you to new perspectives, and help you focus on who you are as a leader and what you have to offer to your customers, industry, employees, and community.
Over the span of 10 weeks, you will work alongside other entrepreneurs to do a deep dive into your value proposition, target markets, competition and industry, legal considerations, employees, potential risks and mitigation, sales and marketing strategies, financial considerations, and financial projections so that you are better prepared for the challenges that business owners may face. You will also learn about the importance of building a strong team of advisors, professionals, industry allies and co-opetition around you and to help you understand what is most important and valuable to you in running your business.
