Entre Nous - A guided wellbeing space for women navigating life abroad
About this Event
Living abroad can be exciting, but it can also feel emotionally overwhelming at times.
Far from familiar routines, loved ones and cultural landmarks, many women experience loneliness, emotional fatigue or difficulty feeling fully grounded in their new environment.
ENTRE NOUS was created as a gentle and supportive space where women can slow down, reconnect with themselves and share their experiences through guided conversations.
Hosted at Alliance Française Auckland and guided by Juliette Cazabat, this intimate session combines emotional wellbeing, body awareness and collective connection in a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
This session is open to all women navigating life abroad, whether you recently moved overseas or have been living abroad for years.
No previous experience is needed, only curiosity, openness and the desire to reconnect with yourself and others.
