Full schedule at richfieldmn.gov/entertainment
Gather your friends and family for a free concert in the park! Enjoy a variety of musical styles and a relaxing time outdoors. Don't forget your lawn chairs or blankets.
This week's food truck is California Dip & Eat: American Tex/Mex – Street, Walking and Birria Tacos, quesadillas, nachos
July 28 at 6:30p.m.: The Walker Brothers Band
Showcasing instruments, sounds, and styles of South America, The Walker Brothers Band is a group of seasoned musicians performing music in three languages: English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Singer/Songwriters Joseph Walker and his brother Jay are joined by some of the Twin Cities elite musicians to offer original compositions and unique twists on classic, well-known covers. This is more than a music performance - it is a uniquely engaging cultural experience which can be appreciated and enjoyed by audience members of all ages. When performing in children's series events, we have a "Join the Band" program which allows kids to play some of the instruments which we will bring along (shakes, cajon drums, and other assorted instruments). This gives them the chance to learn about the history of the musical tools, and gives a great photo op for the family as well.
