Entertaining, the French way, for the holidays!

Looking to change things up this holiday season? In this class, you'll learn to make a few classic French treats - both sweet and savoury - that will brighten up any holiday table and have your friends asking "Did you really make that?"

In this hands-on class, we'll work with three different types of pastry (choux, puff and shortcrust) and make:

Gougères (cheese puffs) and Chouquettes (sugar puffs) using choux pastry

Sugar Twists and Jam Palmier cookies using puff pastry

Mini tomato tarts and Mini lemon curd tarts using shortcrust pastry

This class requires a minimum of 12 people to run.
