Sessions are performed on a massage table either in a studio, or in private rooms in a secured building. We ask participants to not bring children or additional friends during the session time.
SAFETY:
Service animals are allowed.
No smoking or under the influence.
Do not bring additional people to your session.
Please hydrate
Wear comfortable clothing.
Office spaces have video surveillance in public areas and some may be locked for added security.
Reiki, founded in Japan in the early 20th century, is known to be a biofield energy therapy to reduce tension, stress, and lower blood pressure. Guided meditation, soft music, soft lightening and light or no touch hands may hover the body. Participants are fully clothed and advised to wear comfortable breathable clothing. Blankets, pillows and eye masks are optional.
Vibrational heat or energy may be felt during the process. It may also involve crystal pendulum energy clearing, spiritual grounding techniques and more.
