Across Borders is a Franco-Irish-British collaboration between Ensemble Écoute and The Night With…, showcasing new commissions by Emma Lloyd (UK), Matthew Whiteside (Ireland), and Sofia Avramidou (France), alongside works by David Fennessy, Pierre Boulez, and Rebecca Saunders. Founded in 2014, Ensemble Écoute brings together international young musicians, notably from the National Conservatory of Music in Paris, and was in residence at the Cité Internationale Universitaire and the Cité Internationale des Arts. ensembleecoute.com
The Night With… champions contemporary classical music in informal and accessible settings, with a record of over 70 concerts and numerous premieres.
