About Kym:
You may know Kym as the guy in Robert Earl Keen’s band, but his Greencards have three Grammy nominations and a #1 Billboard Bluegrass Album among their accolades. And he’s been inducted into his music hall of fame back home in South Australia. Kym also loves to teach and has some great ideas to share with us. We’re very excited to be able to bring Kym to Austin Band Camp!

ENSEMBLE PLAYING: HOW TO PLAY WELL WITH OTHERS
Let’s find out how to play bluegrass music well as a group. How to support other musicians, playing back-up, knowing how to lead a jam session well.

We’ll look not only at playing but singing together and how to create harmony parts and finding those parts on your instrument.
And most of all have as much fun and enjoyment as we can!
