Enough, Actually is an 8 week in-person series (90 minutes each week, maybe a little longer...) that helps you know in your bones what “enough” means.This is not a mindset class. It is a nervous system and self worth immersion. A place where you stop trying to convince yourself you are enough and instead practice the embodied experience of being on your own side. We do that through mostly restorative yoga, meditation, somatic practices, mantra, and gentle healing techniques that help your body soften its grip and finally receive care.
Each week includes a short, grounded teaching at the beginning to give you a clear lens for the night, then we move into experience: restorative shapes, nervous system nourishment, and integration. Sharing is always invitational. You will never be asked to force vulnerability. The goal is not to fix yourself. The goal is to learn how to stay with yourself and feel what self acceptance actually feels like.
What to expect each week
- A short teaching to frame the theme and make it real
- Mostly restorative yoga (supported shapes, long holds, deep settling)
- Somatic practices and healing techniques for regulation and release
- Breathwork Practices
- Meditation and mantra to anchor the felt truth of enoughness
- Women’s circle style reflection for integration (optional sharing, always invitational)
- A simple closing ritual and take home practice
Week by Week
Week 1: We lay the foundation for “enough” with a short teaching, then restorative yoga, somatic grounding, and a mantra that helps your body feel safe with you.
Week 2: We explore receiving care with a short teaching, then deeply nourishing restorative shapes, gentle healing techniques, and a receiving focused meditation.
Week 3: We soften the inner critic with a short teaching, then restorative heart and nervous system support, somatic unwinding, and a self compassion mantra.
Week 4: We untangle hustle from worth with a short teaching, then restorative downshifting, regulation practices, and a steadiness meditation for the moments you want to overdo.
Week 5: We build self trust with a short teaching, then nurturing restorative yoga, supportive healing practices, and a devotion style meditation for being on your own side.
Week 6: We practice worthiness in real life with a short teaching, then move into conscious connected breathwork for releasing our blocks to worthiness.
Week 7: We deepen self love through tenderness with a short teaching, then deeply soothing restorative practice, healing techniques for emotional holding, and a meditation for gentleness without collapsing.
Week 8: We integrate it all with a short teaching, then a closing restorative practice with sound healing, mantra, and simple ritual to help “enough” become a home you can return to.
Plan to be at the studio until 9:15pm, we may finish a little earlier than that, but it will not be later.
