EnlivenUp!: An Improv-Inspired Adult Recess

We’re wired for connection; for shared moments of play, and for the kind of creativity that unfolds when we step into the unknown, together.

Join us at the Sausalito Art Bloc for an afternoon of playful exploration, story-sharing, and loads of creative goodness! Through improv-inspired exercises and a little bit of joyful uncertainty, we’ll tap into what it means to connect, practice presence, adapt, and co-create in the moment.

Come as you are! Bring a friend or meet a new one! And let’s discover what’s possible when we make space to play and build, in community together.

The workshop will start at 1:30pm and runs until 4pm. Please be on time. :)

Our time together:

• We will spend some time at the start, establishing a shared space together, that feels comfortable and alive.
• After that, the bulk of our time will spent in small groups -- following game and storytelling prompts -- with larger group share-outs, to spurn moments of shared clarity.
• We'll wrap up with a closing 'ceremony' before we say our "See ya next time!'s.

This is not a performance workshop where we learn improv and then build a show together. It's an improv-inspired adult recess where we'll use our imagination, out voices our bodies and our space to spark our innate genius, in commnunity!
