Enliven Breathwork with Carley

Come experience bliss, wholeness, and clarity by tapping into your hidden aspects of being to receive love, release tension and gain clarity in the area of your life that needs it most.

Through a combination of breath, movement, and visualization, this invigorating breathwork technique clears physical tension, stuck emotions and limiting beliefs from the seven main energy centers. At the peak of the practice when you’re in an elevated state of connection and feel amazing, this high level of heart coherence will rewire your nervous system and increase your vagal tone so that you may experience more peace and satisfaction in your life moving forward.

In this session, you'll be guided through the Enliven Breathwork technique called the Sensual Ocean Practice which has an elemental focus of water. This practice is especially nurturing, emphasizing heart healing and leading to powerful emotional release.
The quality of this breathwork that makes it truly unique is the invocation of primal life-force, or the earth, evoking physical healing and embodied wisdom while coming into balance with pure consciousness, or the heavens. This primal life force is circulated starting at the base of the spine, then sequentially moving up through each energy center until the root is connected with the crown at the peak of the practice. While in this elevated state of wholeness, you’ll be invited to envision the realization of your intention, feel it in your body, then journal any insights that arrive at this moment of clarity or dive into a creative project while deeply connected to its purpose and heightened inspiration.

Bio: Dr. Carley Corrado is a renewable energy PhD scientist somatic intelligence teacher, leadership coach, and team-building facilitator. She has a rich background in mind-body-spirit techniques including Qi Gong, reiki, acupressure, channeling and a certification in Transformational Facilitation through Evolving Wisdom. Carley is on a quest to bridge peak-performance and flow state research with ancient wisdom in order to unlock individual and team brilliance toward regeneration of our beautiful planet. Her embodied wisdom techniques connect participants to what matters most while being playfully sensual in a safe, loving container leading to deep release accompanied by clarity and confidence restored.
