Participants will learn the specific breathing pattern used throughout the session and be guided through a relaxing, heart-centered experience designed to promote release and renewal.To enhance and deepen the practice, the session is paired with a Serotonin BioCharger program—a subtle yet powerful energetic technology that emits harmonizing frequencies of light, sound, and pulsed electromagnetic energy. This unique combination helps elevate mood, balance the nervous system, and support the body’s natural healing processes, creating a perfect complement to the breathwork journey.
