In this session we will explore Creative approaches to grief within a dance setting. There is potential to actively engage with grief creatively in the sessions we facilitate and explore how, as dance artists we can hold space for tending and nurturing grief in a safe and supported way. The session will include some practical movement work and some discussion.
Tea and Coffee are provided.

Parking is available immediately in front of the building in the adjacent Trenance Car Park (£3.40 for 2 hrs and FREE 1st Nov - 31st March) or there is free on-street parking nearby.
