Brought together through a deep passion for DIY music, Regular Spread is the combined musical projects of Daniel Evans, Jimi Connor, Ted Tilbrook & Tahj Rosmarin. They have recently recorded an album recorded without any computers, live and straight 1/2 inch tape, which lilts and woozes with 9th chords, longing lyrics, bouncy basslines and swung drums. Its songs were written predominantly over the past 2 years in a creative flourish post Melbourne’s lockdowns where all band activity was put on hold. The passage of time is a central theme to the album as Regular Spread as a collective reach a new stage of life, one that invites reflection.
Ctrl + Me is a project of Melbourne producer/multi-instrumentalist Michael Vince Moin (tram cops) with a focus on hyperactive songs about love, addiction, nature, computing, psychedelia, small towns, escapism and pain behind eclectic production underneath all of the kindness
