A workshop of 4 weekly lessons, structured as a course. During which you will exercise, enhance and learn specific routines to improve your balance and flexibility.
In the everyday life a good balance prevents us from falls and a good flexibility decreases the risk of injuries.
In all sports and dance activities (including tango) both the static and dynamic balance play a key role. While a good flexibility increases muscle blood flow, enables the muscles to work most effectively and helps the joints move through their full range of motion.
With this workshop on Flexibility & Balance you will boost all the above aspects.
After a 15 minutes warming up you will work on your posture and balance for 30 minutes to then work on your flexibility and motion range for additional 30 minutes.
If you want to improve your stability and motion, either for your everyday life or for your dancing, this workshop is for you!
The workshop is suitable for anyone.
To enhance the learning, the course is taught in a small group of maximum 5 people.
